Job Summary
Join the Crown Sports Center as a Before & After Care Team Member to assist children in sports activities, ensure safety, and provide excellent customer service in a supportive childcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work with a wide variety of children, ages from 7-12
- Flexible work schedule and regular attendance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
- Respectful and friendly to athletes, guests, and team members
- Ability to work well with others
- Take personal initiative for team and facility betterment
- Able to enter information on a computer
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Camp experience
- Experience organizing youth activities
- Customer service and/or staff management experience
