Job Summary
Verify IDs for all guests purchasing alcohol and ensure every payment is successful. Accurately use the POS system to enter purchases quickly, open all alcoholic beverages after purchase, and perform closing tasks like cleaning assigned areas and product storage. Provide quick, efficient, friendly service to all guests while maintaining a pleasant attitude and adhering to Legends Global and venue policies. Work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Some customer service experience
- Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
