Beer Wine Liquor Lead

Beer, Wine and Liquor Leads supervise a department, write orders, monitor stocking/receiving, build product assortment, coach and train team members, participate in daily huddles, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, mitigate shrink, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain safety and cleanliness while fostering an inclusive, guest-focused environment. The role involves leading by example, coordinating with vendors, conducting audits, and supporting the Team Leader to drive exceptional guest service and department performance.
