Job Summary
Conduct daily merchandising routes in Winter Haven and Lake Wales to ensure product levels, display, and rotation are correct at grocery stores and beverage outlets. Transport goods between backroom and display floors using manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks. Utilize company systems for routing compliance, efficiency monitoring, and uploading display photos to document execution. Maintain organized backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness. Work a full-time shift starting at 4:00 am with a base pay of $19.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement. Must be 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable record, and possess auto insurance meeting company requirements. Lift and move products weighing 25 to 50 pounds regularly, up to 170 pounds for kegs.
