Job Summary
Beer Merchandiser travels to Sterling & Leesburg grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products along assigned routes; transports product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck; uses company routing and merchandising systems to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accurate account documentation; completes merchandising checkouts and uploads photos of displays/backstock to document execution; maintains backstock areas and consolidates products to support inventory and product freshness; role includes independent travel to local stores with a 6:00 AM start, weekend work, and growth opportunities after 6 months; requires 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds when needed, and the ability to work in a physically active, field-based environment; starting pay is $19.50/hour with overtime, plus monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k match.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license

- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma/General Education Degree (preferred)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds when needed
- Able to drive a personal automobile with acceptable driving record and required insurance
