Beef Shoppe/Seafood Clerk PT

Greet guests, create a selling environment, and use selling skills to enhance guest interaction and achieve maximum sales. Prepare knife-ready products by cutting, slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, and pricing items according to standards. Assist with product receiving, inventory, and storage, while pricing, stocking, and rotating frozen items, prepared meats, and fresh meat/seafood. Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all contact areas, coolers, freezers, and the sales floor to ensure product freshness and date accuracy. Communicate shrink issues and guest requests or concerns to management, and make PA announcements for sales and promotional items. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
