Job Summary
Greet guests, create a selling environment, and use selling skills to enhance guest interaction and achieve maximum sales. Prepare knife-ready products for sale by cutting, slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, and pricing according to Lowes Foods standards. Assist with product receiving, inventory, and storage, while pricing, stocking, and rotating frozen items, prepared meats, and fresh meat/seafood. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all contact areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floors, ensuring product freshness and date accuracy. Communicate shrink issues and guest requests to management, and make PA announcements for sales and promotions. Work in a cold environment, lifting 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs constantly, with the ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

- Should possess good interpersonal skills, effective selling skills, and have an outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well with others.
