Job Summary
Greet guests, create a selling environment, and prepare knife-ready products by cutting, slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, and pricing items according to standards. Assist with product receiving, inventory, and storage while pricing, stocking, and rotating frozen items, prepared meats, and fresh meat/seafood. Maintain safety, sanitation, and freshness standards across all areas, ensuring products are in date. Communicate shrink issues and guest requests to management, make PA announcements for sales and promotions, and perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Should possess good interpersonal skills, effective selling skills, and have an outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to sell and interact with guests.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. constantly.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
