Beef Shoppe Manager Level V

Manage the entire meat department, including fresh and frozen meat and seafood, by preparing products for sale, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. Drive sales maximization through executing merchandising programs, managing inventory, conducting pricing audits, and maintaining in-stock conditions. Supervise direct reports by holding them accountable to productivity goals, providing ongoing performance feedback, and developing high-potential individuals through training plans. Maintain coolers and freezers to standard while performing PA announcements and other assigned tasks. This role requires a high school education, 3-4 years of progressive supermarket experience, and the ability to lift 50lbs occasionally and 25lbs constantly.
