Job Summary
Inspect parts for quality and proper usage prior to installation, test components throughout the assembly process, and assemble truck beds using manual and power tools. Use gauges and measuring tools to ensure accuracy while following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE. Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform all other duties as assigned by management. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications
- Ability to visually inspect products for quality
- Ability to understand and apply workmanship standards
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs occasionally with assistance
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms for assembly tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift
