Lead baristas and shift leaders through coaching and training while ensuring exceptional guest experiences centered on quality, hospitality, and speed. Manage store operations by overseeing quality, inventory, and cleanliness per HACCP guidelines, and create staff schedules by coordinating hours and leave. Analyze revenue, labor costs, reviews, and other results to drive improvement actions, while supporting the rayon manager on hiring, onboarding, and performance conversations. Work the floor to model best practices daily. Requires at least two years of catering experience, preferably in a leadership role, with a minimum of 32 hours per week availability and weekend flexibility. Salaried position with market-conform compensation according to the Catering Collective Agreement.
