Bedrijfsjurist (specialisatie arbeidsrecht en medezeggenschap)

Provide legal advice on labor law and co-determination to the board, management, and staff regarding organizational development. Prepare advisory and consent applications for co-determination based on the WOR, coordinate local negotiations under the SGO collective agreement, and act as a liaison between co-determination bodies and the organization. Proactively monitor relevant legislation, upcoming collective bargaining negotiations, and changes, then analyze and translate these into concrete steps for Hecht. Independently review and rewrite labor condition regulations based on HR input and signals. Collaborate closely with the HR department to achieve goals set in annual and multi-year plans.
