Bed & Breakfast Bartender

Bartender needed to open the lounge, prepare service, and create a relaxed, polished guest experience. Responsibilities include preparing beer, wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks and light bites, recommending drinks based on guest preferences, learning about local spirits and wines, stocking and closing the bar, maintaining clean stations, handling POS transactions, monitoring guest comfort and alcohol service per policies, and assisting with inventory and product rotation. The role emphasizes warm, personalized hospitality, teamwork with the inn staff, and adaptability for daytime operations, evenings, events, and private gatherings.
