Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior; serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. No prior ABA experience needed as comprehensive training is provided. Roles start part-time and offer flexible afternoon/evening hours. Location: Holmes, NY. Training pathway includes completing the 40-hour RBT course. Earn between $16-$23 per hour based on experience and performance with potential sign-on and referral bonuses. Commit to a minimum 6 months and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism.
