Responsibilities include medication reminders; assisting with ambulation and mobility around the house or to appointments; personal care and hygiene; helping clients with physical therapy exercises; accompanying clients with shopping; light housekeeping and meal preparation; reporting unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator; following the care plan; and acting quickly and responsibly in emergencies. Candidate should have 1+ year caregiving experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable and willing to work full-time or part-time in-person at client locations.
