Job Summary
Select assignments to evaluate customer experiences at luxury boutiques or via online channels in Paris. Interact naturally with sales associates as a regular customer to observe service quality, atmosphere, and attention to detail. Submit structured feedback through the CXG Live digital platform after completing missions that range from 15 to 20 minutes. Earn fees based on mission complexity or receive reimbursement for approved purchases. Register, complete your profile, and pass the General Certification to begin making a difference in the luxury market.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- American or of U.S. origin (including American expats, visitors and individuals with U.S. background)
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Observant and passionate about customer experience
