Job Summary
Conduct discreet in-store visits or online evaluations to assess customer experiences at luxury boutiques, focusing on ambiance, service quality, and overall brand interactions. Submit honest feedback via our platform through structured questionnaires after completing missions that align with your personal preferences. Manage assignments using the mobile CXG Live application to select, execute, and report on tasks ranging from 20-minute store visits to full purchase-based reviews. Earn fees based on mission complexity or receive reimbursement for approved purchases. No prior experience is required; candidates must be current customers of premium brands, aged 18+ (21+ in the US), and free from existing retail contracts.
