Job Summary
Lead all daily operations to ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service, supervising team members to meet performance expectations. Manage traffic flow during high volume periods, handle customer concerns, and resolve issues professionally. Create and manage schedules, oversee cash handling and inventory, and coordinate equipment maintenance. Maintain a clean, safe environment while monitoring site performance to drive results. Requires high school diploma, leadership experience, and ability to work opening/closing shifts including weekends. Available to lift fifty pounds in various weather conditions. Required Qualifications
