Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and monitor client progress to adjust interventions as needed. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits. Candidates must hold active BCBA certification and Nebraska licensure eligibility. BK Behavior supports professional growth through its LBA Expansion Program and assigns a dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing clinical and professional support.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
