Job Summary
Support the IT department with software installation and configuration across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Manage user settings for Office 365 and Google Workspace, while configuring and maintaining computer devices and printers. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software, and administer the IT equipment inventory. Provide on-site or remote assistance to employees and ensure compliance with company cybersecurity policies and conduct codes. Submit improvement proposals to enhance operational efficiency. This remote position requires an active student or recent graduate in Systems or Informatics with basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Required Qualifications
- Ser estudiante activo o haber concluido las carreras de Sistemas o Informática o similar
- Conocimientos básicos de redes
- Manejo del inglés (comprensión de lectura)
- Conocimiento básico de la arquitectura de equipos de computo (laptops preferentemente)
- Conocimiento básico de bases de datos
- Manejo de sistemas operativos Windows, MacOs, Linux
Desired Qualifications
- Conocimiento en office 365 y google Workspace (deseable)
