Job Summary
Review general contracts against approved templates and manage the database of contracts under review and signed agreements. Support legal and compliance team with administrative tasks, document review, regulatory research, and internal process tracking to ensure adherence to laws and policies. Assist in drafting board of administration minutes and provide legal guidance to the company. Monitor applicable regulatory changes and review due diligence and supplier files prior to contract execution. This internship is for law students graduating in 2027 with advanced English skills, based in CDMX with a monthly stipend of 10,500 MXN.
Required Qualifications
- Estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Derecho
- Fecha de graduación estimada: Junio o diciembre 2027
- Nivel de inglés: Avanzado
- Conocimiento en normativa referente a Sociedades Mercantiles y regulación aplicable
- Bases sólidas en Derecho Corporativo
