Becario/a Talent Acquisition, Engagement & Diversity - Madrid

Support recruitment processes by managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and drafting reports. Collaborate on the "Graduates" program by contacting universities to manage agreements, while interfacing with business units regarding talent acquisition and mobility. Assist with onboarding new hires, researching best practices in talent acquisition, and supporting the design and implementation of HR systems and applications. The one-year internship includes a competitive stipend, postgraduate training, and mentorship. Candidates must hold a recent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Law, with a high level of English (C1) and advanced proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
