Job Summary
Ensure appropriate vehicle counts and parking order at Beaverton Central Garage while maintaining lot cleanliness. Direct incoming customers to available spaces, patrol reserved and transient levels, and issue violation warnings for policy breaches. Control traffic at entrances and exits, assist patrons who have forgotten their parking spots, and substitute for valets when authorized. Report accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager and communicate debris or spills to the garage office. Perform general maintenance tasks as directed and maintain a neat uniform throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications

- acceptable driving record
- Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company
- Ability to add, subtract, two digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money
