Job Summary
Ensure appropriate car placement and lot cleanliness throughout shifts by directing customers to spaces, counting vehicles, and issuing violation warnings. Patrol parking levels on foot or motor carts to assist customers with forgotten parking and control traffic flow at entrances and exits. Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, and debris to the Facility Manager while maintaining neat uniform and answering customer questions. Substitute for Valets when authorized and assist with general maintenance tasks as directed. Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas and local streets to facilitate efficient operations during evening and weekend events.
Required Qualifications

- acceptable driving record
- Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company
- Ability to add, subtract, two digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money
