Provide a range of high-quality beauty treatments (facials, massages, waxing, nails, and other advanced therapies) to club members and guests in a luxurious spa setting, maintaining hygiene, tailoring treatments to client needs, promoting retail products, managing bookings, and upholding brand values with discretion and excellent service.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy
- Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments - Deep Tissue Massage
- 2 years’ experience in a high-end spa, clinic, or luxury wellness environment
- Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills
- Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
