Job Summary
Beauty Therapist at Soho House delivers premium, personalised beauty and wellness treatments (facials, massages, waxing, nails, and advanced therapies) to members/guests in a luxurious club environment. Responsibilities include performing high-standard treatments, recommending aftercare products, maintaining hygiene and presentation in treatment rooms, tailoring treatments to member needs, promoting retail products, managing bookings, and upholding discretion and service ethos. Requires up to 2 years’ experience in a high-end venue, NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable), strong skincare knowledge, client-focused approach, impeccable grooming and communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy
- Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies

- Impeccable grooming and communication skills
- Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
