Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the beauty department, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure displays are on-brand. Train, develop, and mentor team members on product knowledge and sales techniques while handling customer concerns and providing personalized beauty advice. Collaborate with store management to drive sales, promotions, and initiatives through regular team meetings focused on goals and performance. Requires strong leadership skills, expert product knowledge, and open availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Full-time role with a 10% employee discount, medical insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
