Job Summary
Greet guests within 10 feet, initiate warm interactions at 4 feet, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Provide personalized beauty product and regimen recommendations through guest engagement, sampling events, and service-led selling while maintaining accurate pricing, inventory, and tester organization. Drive sales growth by encouraging guests to explore trends, build routines, and discover confidence through authentic connections and product knowledge. Complete salesfloor merchandise display changes, clean testers, and participate in ongoing training on new products and business priorities. Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety compliance, and a positive attitude while supporting team efforts across all areas of the studio.
Required Qualifications
- Beauty product knowledge including beauty brands, seasonal trends, cosmetics and various skincare products and fragrance
- Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies
- Familiarize yourself with prestige product ingredients and benefits
- Leverage training resources, product packaging, in-store marketing, and store tools
- Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times
- Comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training
- Report hazards and correct where possible
