Job Summary
Beauty Sales Manager responsible for building and leading a store sales team to achieve sales goals and financial objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting and orienting staff, training and mentoring sales teams, scheduling, controlling labor and expenses, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining store condition and customer readiness, building customer loyalty, fostering a positive team environment, addressing customer concerns, and performing daily financial analysis. Requires 2+ years of management experience in retail/customer service, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand/walk for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, flexible availability including nights/weekends, reliable transportation, and strong communication and leadership skills.
