Job Summary
Provide personalized beauty experiences in Nordstrom’s Beauty Department for La Mer, performing makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to help customers achieve their beauty goals, and driving both in-store and digital sales. Responsibilities include booking appointments, assisting with in-store beauty events, maintaining an organized department, handling refunds/exchanges, building customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards, and staying current on beauty trends and brand partner trainings.
