Job Summary
Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly by consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner. Educate clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal requirements are met. Maintain a clean and organized salon, manage cash handling for opening and closing business, and complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. This role requires standing, bending, and walking for 7+ hours per day with the ability to lift 25 pounds. Applicants must have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in retail or customer service is essential. Flexible schedules are available for part-time and full-time positions, including nights and weekends.
