Job Summary
Beauty Sales Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals and providing consultative, upbeat service to customers. Activities include educating customers on skincare and tanning products, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling cash and daily administrative paperwork, and participating in training and growth opportunities. Role supports a fast-paced retail environment with flexible full- or part-time schedules, commissions and benefits. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, proven retail/customer service experience, strong communication, ability to stand for long periods, and ability to lift 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
