Job Summary
Beauty Sales Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring company and legal requirements are met, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling cash, and completing daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Must possess strong verbal/written communication, retail/customer service experience, and ability to stand for long periods; flexible scheduling including nights/weekends; opportunity for advancement and comprehensive benefits. The role emphasizes a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment with base pay plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
