Job Summary
Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant in CVS Health Beauty & Personal Care, responsible for end-to-end customer experience, in-store beauty services and sales. Role requires maintaining and displaying a Cosmetology/Esthetician license, performing ear-piercing services where applicable, educating customers on product usage and benefits, upselling to build the largest sales basket, managing time between consultations and walk-ins, creating and maintaining product displays, and attending brand and training programs. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to travel to events as needed, and work a flexible retail schedule including peak hours. High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required), with Nevada registration specifics noted for certain stores. Earnings target: $18.00-$27.00 per hour with full benefits; anticipated weekly hours 40; full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state in which you will be working
- Must maintain an active license at all times and display during working hours
- Must be able to perform ear-piercing services where required
- Must pass skills assessments and training for paid services
