Job Summary
Beauty Sales Consultant needed to provide end-to-end customer experience in CVS Beauty & Personal Care, offering paid beauty services and personalized product advice. Responsibilities include seeking out customers, delivering world-class beauty advisory experience, upselling and suggesting products to maximize sales, demonstrating product usage and benefits, educating customers, maintaining displays, participating in promotions and events, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Requires current Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the working state, ability to perform ear-piercing services, pass proficiency assessments, and maintain license visibility during shifts. Strong sales mindset, communication, organization, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Required Qualifications
- Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state of employment
- Active license displayed during working hours
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services
- Skills assessments and training completion

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak hours
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
