Job Summary
Beauty Sales Consultant at CVS Health focused on delivering expert beauty product knowledge and personalized service to build a robust sales basket. Responsibilities include engaging customers in the beauty zone, upselling and suggesting additional items, educating on product usage and benefits, managing displays and in-store promotions, explaining CVS Beauty Club programs, and participating in sales programs and events. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, and willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training provided). Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred for certain stores; 18+ required; flexible schedule with peak hours. Benefits are provided and onboarding/training are included.
Required Qualifications
- Sales oriented
- Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule (mornings/evenings/weekends/peak hours)
- Must demonstrate ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training/certification provided)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish in some stores
