Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client entering the beauty zone, listening to needs and offering specialized advice to build personalized baskets. Engage in conversations to stimulate thought processes, answer detailed product questions, and leverage monthly sampling programs to close sales. Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials while ensuring the zone is well-stocked, merchandised, and compliant with hygiene standards. Execute tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies. Complete onboarding training and ongoing educational programs to ensure current sales and product knowledge. Execute the established sales plan by meeting budget goals, tracking progress, and participating in sales meetings regarding promotions and brand launches. Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate the ability to perform ear-piercing services. Work a flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
