Job Summary
Beauty Sales Consultant role within CVS Health's beauty retail division focused on delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. You will act as the primary beauty advisor in the store’s beauty zone, engaging customers with personalized sales service, upselling, and suggestive selling to build a robust basket. Responsibilities include educating customers on product usage and benefits, explaining CVS Beauty Club programs and current promotions, creating and maintaining beauty displays and promotional materials, and ensuring hygiene standards and proper tester sanitation. The role involves participating in sales programs and events, closing sales, and maintaining knowledge of latest beauty trends and brand launches. The position requires comfort with ear-piercing services (training provided) and may require bilingual communication in English and Spanish in eligible stores. A professional appearance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours, are expected. - Must demonstrate ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training and certification provided)
- Bilingual beauty advisors able to speak English and Spanish in specific CVS stores
