Job Summary
Deliver personalized beauty consultations and recommend products tailored to each customer's needs while maintaining a clean, well- stocked, and beautifully merchandised sales floor. Create welcoming experiences that keep customers coming back by confidently promoting products, services, and new launches. Support daily salon operations, including bookings, merchandising, and teamwork across the store, stepping in where needed to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. Provide consistent, 5-star customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requires at least one year of retail or beauty sales experience, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and a starting wage of $18.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail or beauty sales experience
- Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
