Job Summary
Greet customers, identify their beauty needs, and provide expert advice on cosmetics, fragrance, and skincare products. Maintain the sales floor's cleanliness and organization while processing transactions using the point-of-sale system. Manage inventory by restocking shelves and reporting discrepancies to management. Stay informed on new product launches and industry trends to communicate benefits effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and build lasting customer relationships. This role is full-time at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, requiring a valid passport and background check. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Basic knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and makeup application techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass airport security background check.
- Valid passport required, subject to international or domestic travel.
Desired Qualifications
- Certification or training in cosmetology or beauty therapy.
