Job Summary
Beauty Sales Assistant Manager with supervisory responsibilities in a retail skincare/tanning environment. Drives sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff; schedules and assigns tasks to ensure store readiness; monitors expenses and financial performance; ensures legal compliance and maintains store reputation; builds customer loyalty and a positive, team-based environment; analyzes daily sales and banking activities to maximize profits; requires high school diploma, 1 year supervisory experience, strong communication, physical stamina, and flexible availability including nights/weekends. Location: Terre Haute, IN; on-site role with opportunities for advancement and commission-based earnings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours/day)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
