Job Summary
Beauty Leader for full-time role focused on building and guiding a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and drive profits. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding staff, coaching and mentoring employees, scheduling and supervising operations, managing controllable expenses, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining store presentation, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits. The position includes a comprehensive training program to prepare for advancement to management, with starting pay of $16-$20 per hour plus commission and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
