Job Summary
Beauty Leader responsible for leading store staff, recruiting and orienting new employees, achieving sales goals and other performance criteria through training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the sales team; scheduling and assigning staff to meet operational requirements; controlling labor and cost of sales to meet financial objectives; ensuring store compliance with legal requirements; maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and customer readiness; building customer loyalty and a positive, team-based environment; addressing customer concerns promptly; analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits; handling banking and cash controls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
