Job Summary
Beauty Leader responsible for building and guiding store sales teams, achieving sales goals, and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction. Role includes recruiting, selecting, orienting staff; coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback; scheduling and assigning tasks; managing expenses to meet financial objectives; ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. Requires leading by example, establishing rapport with customers to build loyalty, creating a positive team environment, resolving customer concerns promptly, analyzing daily sales/expenses for profitability, and handling banking responsibilities. Starting pay is $16-$20 per hour plus commission and bonuses; includes comprehensive training aimed at advancing to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
