Job Summary
Beauty Leader role with full-time schedule leading a store’s sales team, driving sales goals and profitability through training, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback. Responsible for recruiting and orienting staff, scheduling, controlling labor costs and expenses, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining store standards, building customer loyalty, and resolving issues promptly. Includes analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits, safeguarding cash operations, and supporting a positive, team-based environment while progressing toward a management-track position. Starting pay is $16-$20/hour plus commission and bonuses; comprehensive training program prepares for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
