Job Summary
Inspire customers through product knowledge and personalized recommendations across fragrance, skincare, and beauty in premium retail environments. Share expertise to drive sales and close transactions while maintaining impeccable presentation and grooming. Provide tailored advice to clients, leveraging strong communication skills to deliver a positive, results-driven experience. Work flexible trading hours including weekends and peak periods across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a department store or premium retail environment
- A minimum of 1 years' experience selling luxury fragrance or beauty products
- For Beauty Therapist positions, qualified or have equivalent industry experience
- For Counter Manager positions, previous experience as a Counter Manager or 2IC
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, focused and results-driven approach, with a proven ability to achieve and close sales
- The flexibility to work across store trading hours, including weekends and peak retail periods
- To be considered, you will ideally have experience within the Australian retail department store or premium beauty environment, with proven experience selling fragrance, skincare or beauty products
- You must be based in Australia and hold valid Australian working rights
Desired Qualifications
- For Counter Manager positions, previous experience as a Counter Manager or 2IC is preferred
