Beauty Expert responsible for advising customers on skincare products and tanning needs, helping clients achieve beauty goals, meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, maintaining a clean salon, handling cash, tracking progress toward team goals, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Duties include recommending products, upselling skincare and tanning services, maintaining product knowledge, and working with a professional, upbeat demeanor to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
