Job Summary
Deliver a red carpet customer experience by combining expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge to empower clients to feel their most confident version. Adapt your style to suit individual customer needs while maintaining impeccable grooming standards and championing world-class service. Build solid relationships with team members and management to foster teamwork, and work at a fast pace to exceed KPIs and achieve goals. Gain a full understanding of artistry and service expectations through a structured induction program, with follow-up training provided during your first months of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- Ideally you will have had some experience as a Sales Advisor
- Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
- Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup
- You can work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's
- You build solid relationships with team members and management contributing to a sense of team work in all aspects of the role
- You follow the company grooming standards to a tee
