Job Summary
Deliver expert artistry and product knowledge to empower customers to achieve their most beautiful selves while exceeding daily KPIs. Manage the shop floor by adapting your style to suit individual customer needs, championing impeccable grooming standards, and building solid relationships with team members and management. Provide on-the-job training and guide customers through the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Academy to ensure they feel truly empowered. Full-time and part-time positions available in Reading.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- experience as a Sales Advisor
- experience in applying makeup
- ability to adapt your style to suit the needs of your customer
- ability to work at a fast pace
- ability to build solid relationships with team members and management
- ability to follow the company grooming standards
Desired Qualifications
- experience as a Sales Advisor gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
- experience in applying makeup and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs
