Job Summary
Build sales by understanding and meeting customers' needs with products and services while performing makeup applications, special events, and makeup lessons. Ensure the successful operation of the counter and assist the Counter Manager with requested tasks. Maintain expertise through continuous learning and incorporate beauty trends into animations. Act as a role model with a creative demeanor, listening to customers' needs and providing complete satisfaction. Work flexible hours including nights and weekends. This role supports Influence's mandate to engage consumers through immersive brand experiences in-store and online.
